GDPR Statement

Peter Howard & Co acknowledge that the UK will be adopting European Union General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), which come into effect on 25 May 2018.

To fulfil our own responsibilities to be compliant with these regulations Peter Howard & Co is actively working on its GDPR strategy and has procedures in place to manage the implementation of GDPR and ensure the protection of all personal data we hold.

As part of this Peter Howard & Co will ensure company processes and procedures conform to GDPR, as per the guidance provided by the UKs governing body, The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). For more information please visits the ICO’s website.
